We take on everything from single-storey extensions and full house renovations through to the day-to-day repairs that keep a property working. It is a small, hands-on outfit, and we keep it that way on purpose.

One side of the business is homeowners' projects; the other is maintenance contracts for landlords, estate agents and care homes. Running both keeps the team steady and means we are set up for a one-day repair or a twelve-week build.

What does an extension cost in Coventry?
There is no single figure — the cost depends on the footprint, the ground conditions and the specification inside. Anyone quoting a firm price before seeing the property is guessing. We visit, look properly, and give you a written quote that sets out what is and is not included so you can compare it fairly against other builders.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. We take on plastering repairs, cracked or blown plaster, making good after a leak, doors that will not shut, tiling and general household repairs, alongside the larger projects. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether it is a job for us or one for a different trade.
Can we stay in the house while you work?
Usually, yes. Most of our work happens in houses people are still living in, so dust sheets and floor protection are standard and we keep the working area to the room we are in. On a full renovation there are stretches without a kitchen or bathroom, and we tell you when those fall before you commit.
What happens if you find something unexpected?
We show you, explain what it means, and price the fix before carrying on. Older houses throw up damp behind plaster, joists notched to nothing and previous work that was never signed off. Nothing gets buried and handed to you as a surprise on the final bill.
Do you work with landlords and letting agents?
Yes — maintenance contracts are the fastest-growing side of the business. We cover reactive repairs reported by tenants, void turnarounds between tenancies, planned works and general making good across a portfolio, with one point of contact for every property.
How soon can you start?
It depends what is already booked in. Small repairs can often be fitted in quickly; extensions and full renovations are planned further out. We tell you where you would realistically sit in the diary rather than promising a date and letting it slip.
